| Buying Solutions is a new framework agreement which provides a quick and easy way for Public Sector customers to order services from approved suppliers. It has been set up by OGCbuying.solutions to replace the existing S-CAT (and G-CAT) framework agreements. This change has been introduced to ensure compliance with EU regulations. |
